Over a tenure of more than twelve years, she also held the role of Vice President, Human Resources, leading large-scale HR transformation, DEI initiatives, and talent development programs across the U.S.

Earlier, Sharon held multiple leadership roles at The Hershey Company, where she partnered with senior business leaders to design and implement global capability-building initiatives, organizational design frameworks, and insights-driven learning strategies. She also led change management programs for large-scale technology implementations and earned the company’s Organizational Excellence Award for her leadership impact.

Before joining Hershey, Sharon gained foundational HR and people leadership experience at Shoppers Drug Mart, Yellow Pages Group, and Progistix Solutions, where she managed end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, learning and development, and workforce engagement programs across Canada.

Now based in Texas, Sharon continues to draw on her deep Canadian roots and global perspective. Beyond her professional endeavors, she is an active mentor and advocate for the South Asian community, using storytelling and mentorship to empower the next generation of leaders.
