Orlando, Florida, United States, July 2024 – Sherri Nadeau has started a new position as Chief Human Resources Officer at Margaritaville at Sea. Sherri brings extensive experience in human resources leadership to her new role.
Sherri Nadeau was previously the Founder & CEO at Transformational Talent LLC for nearly 8 years, where she led human capital management and provided HR consultancy services.
She also served as a Board Member at ScoutLogic Background Screening for 2 years, contributing to strategic decisions and business growth.
Sherri held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment for nearly 3 years, where she rebuilt the HR function, led a large-scale organizational turnaround, and won a national award for an AI-driven recruitment model.
Her experience includes roles such as Senior Advisor at Cerberus Capital Management, Chief Human Resources Officer at YP, The Real Yellow Pages®, and SVP HR North America & Europe, Middle East, Africa at First Advantage.
Sherri was also the SVP and Chief People Officer at Connexity, Inc., SVP HR & Administration at UberMedia, and Vice President, Human Resources at Sony Pictures Entertainment, where she managed HR for international employees and directed significant organizational changes.
She held senior HR roles at Certegy Payment Solutions, CenturyLink Business for Enterprise, Equant, and Universal Studios Hollywood, where she managed large-scale HR projects, mergers, and acquisitions.
Early in her career, Sherri was the Director, International Comp & Benefits / Director of Tax at InterContinental Hotels Group.
