In his new role, he will lead growth strategies, industry partnerships, and technology-driven transformation, ensuring NTT DATA remains at the forefront of innovation and digital modernization.
Prior to joining NTT DATA, Sudhir served as President of Global Markets at LTIMindtree, where he played a pivotal role in expanding the company’s global footprint and strengthening client relationships across multiple industries. His expertise in global sales, business strategy, and operational excellence helped drive significant business growth, solidifying LTIMindtree’s presence in major markets.
Before that, he was Chief Operating Officer at NIIT Technologies Limited, where he led global sales and technology delivery operations. His leadership contributed to enhancing service capabilities and operational efficiencies that positioned the company as a leader in IT solutions and business transformation.
Earlier in his career, Sudhir spent over 13 years at Infosys, holding key leadership positions, including Senior Vice President and Head of Financial Services – Americas and Vice President – Europe. His tenure at Infosys saw him spearhead growth initiatives, business development, and strategic engagements across major global markets. He also gained extensive experience in strategy and IT consulting through leadership roles at EY and A.F. Ferguson & Co., providing advisory services to Fortune 500 companies and high-growth businesses.
