Ganguli has been with Lazard Asset Management for over two years, previously serving as Senior Vice President, Human Resources | HR Business Partner, where she was instrumental in enhancing workforce engagement, refining HR policies, and leading strategic talent initiatives. Prior to this, she held various leadership roles at Lazard, including Senior Vice President, Vice President, and HR Manager, contributing significantly to the firm’s HR strategy over six years.

Before joining Lazard, Ganguli worked at Roche in Switzerland as a Performance Practices Partner, leading performance management initiatives for over 13,000 employees. She also served as Compensation Partner at Amcor, overseeing salary reviews and performance-based compensation strategies. Her career includes key HR leadership roles at Asset One Professional Engineering Services, Novartis, and Aditya Birla Group, where she gained extensive experience in HR compliance, payroll, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.

With her wealth of expertise in human capital management and a track record of driving impactful HR strategies, Ganguli is set to play a crucial role in Lazard Asset Management’s continued growth and success.
