In her new role, Sheryl will lead TI Automotive’s global IT function, driving innovation, digital transformation, and cybersecurity to support the company’s growth and integration journey. Known for her strategic foresight and transformative leadership, she will play a pivotal role in aligning the company’s technology roadmap with its operational and commercial goals.

Prior to joining TI Automotive, Sheryl served as EVP and Global CIO & Product Security Officer at Vertiv, where she reported to the CEO and led a 1,500-member global team. There, she launched advanced AI strategies, developed augmented and virtual reality applications, modernized legacy systems through Oracle ERP migrations, and significantly reduced IT costs while improving service levels and security posture.

Before Vertiv, she was CIO and Chief Digital Officer at Adient, a $17B global automotive supplier. Sheryl successfully carved out and built the IT function from its former parent, Johnson Controls, deployed enterprise-wide platforms like Salesforce and Workday, and launched the Digital Office, winning multiple innovation awards.

Her career began in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems and engineering systems leadership, and she has continually demonstrated a passion for driving business value through technology transformation. Sheryl also contributes her expertise as a Board Member at the American Diabetes Association (Michigan chapter) and serves on the Advisory Board at Tuatara Consulting.
