Trista Dobkins Appointed as Vice President of Human Resources Performance and Programs at DHL Supply Chain

United States, September 2024 – Trista Dobkins has been promoted to Vice President of Human Resources Performance and Programs for North America at DHL Supply Chain, where she will lead key HR initiatives, focusing on optimizing HR programs and driving performance across the North American region. With over two decades at DHL, Trista brings a wealth of experience to this new role.

Career Journey: Before stepping into this leadership role, Trista served as Senior Director of Employee Engagement, Programs, and Practices, North America for over a year. During this time, she led several HR initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and driving HR strategies for North America, working closely with global supply chain HR leadership.

Prior to that, Trista spent approximately two years as Senior Director of Human Resources, Workforce Strategy and Programs, where she focused on HR strategy formulation, project execution, and aligning workforce initiatives with the company’s overarching goals. In this role, she implemented significant employee engagement strategies and drove projects with both regional and global impacts for DHL Supply Chain.

Trista also held the role of Director of Human Resources, Workforce Strategy and Programs for more than eight years, where she played a key role in developing HR strategies for North America, working on policy governance, and managing employee recognition programs. She was instrumental in developing platforms for HR policies and best practices within the company.

Her earlier roles include Area Human Resources Director, Mid-South Area and Exel Transportation, where she supported 22 area sites across various sectors, led people development strategies, and managed new business start-ups. This role followed her position as HR Manager, where she was a part of the business unit’s executive leadership team, driving organizational change processes and implementing HR initiatives.
