Mexico, September 2024 – Alejandra Santillana has stepped into the role of Vice President of Human Resources, North America at TPI Composites, Inc., where she will oversee HR strategies and operations across the North American region. Alejandra brings extensive HR leadership experience to this new position, furthering the company’s goal to expand its global human resources capabilities.
Before her promotion, Alejandra served as the Senior Human Resources Director at TPI Composites for over three years, where she played a critical role in leading the company’s HR initiatives and ensuring alignment with the organization’s objectives. She was responsible for the development of HR policies, processes, and strategies that supported operational growth and employee engagement across the company’s North American locations.
Prior to her senior leadership role, she worked as the Human Resources Director for nearly two years at TPI Composites, where she focused on enhancing HR systems, workforce planning, and fostering a positive workplace culture throughout Mexico. Her efforts contributed significantly to driving operational efficiencies within the company.
Alejandra’s experience extends to her time as the Division HR Manager at Lear Corporation, where she supported the Mexican Trim Operations, consisting of over 9,000 employees across five plants. In this role, she led a comprehensive range of HR functions, including compensation, employee relations, recruiting, and safety initiatives.
Her earlier career at Eaton spanned over seven years, where she held multiple HR leadership positions, including Plant Human Resources Manager, Campus Human Resources Manager, and Human Resources Supervisor, contributing to various HR strategies that drove organizational success and supported employee development across multiple sites in Mexico.
