Prior to her elevation at Options Group, Shikha Khanna served as Practice Head at Mancer Consulting Services for close to a decade. During this phase of her career, she was responsible for the overall growth of the Mumbai site, leading delivery across BFSI, ITES, and investment banking verticals, while collaborating across multiple industry practices. Her role included revenue enablement, team leadership, and P&L responsibility, contributing to the firm’s regional expansion.
