Mumbai Metropolitan Region, India, April 2026 — Shivalli Arun has started a new chapter with Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited as Product Manager. Her move marks an important step in her career as she transitions into a product-focused role with one of India’s well-known consumer electricals companies. With experience spanning brand management, category execution, sales, and market research, she brings a well-rounded commercial perspective to this new assignment.
Before joining Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited, Shivalli Arun served as Category Manager at Licious. Though brief, this stint added meaningful experience in a fast-paced direct-to-consumer environment, where she sharpened her understanding of category execution, innovation, new product launches, and cross-functional coordination.
Prior to that, she built a strong foundation at Amul (GCMMF), where she most recently served as Brand Manager. In that role, she managed end-to-end brand strategy and performance for Mithai Mate (Condensed Milk), the Organic range, and the Sour Cream portfolio across India. She led innovation and new product development initiatives, including launches such as Amul Sweetened Condensed Milk Gold and Amul Organic Sugar, while also driving positioning, pricing alignment, and cross-functional execution. She further spearheaded go-to-market strategy for innovations like Condensed Milk in DOY pack, ensuring strong channel readiness across general trade and quick commerce, while using data-led interventions to improve visibility, offtake, and revenue growth.
Earlier at Amul, she served as Area Sales Manager, where she was responsible for the frozen line in Lucknow and Eastern Uttar Pradesh. In that role, she managed multiple districts, led a team, and handled a broad distributor and channel network across general trade retail, e-commerce, wholesale, HoReCa, direct supply, and preferred outlets. This assignment gave her strong frontline exposure to channel management, execution, and sales-led business growth.
She also completed a Summer Internship at Amul (GCMMF) in market research and analytics. Earlier in her career, she worked as Human Resources Analyst at Posterity and completed a Summer Internship at KPMG, which added early corporate and analytical exposure to her professional journey.
Her career path reflects a dynamic blend of product thinking, brand building, category management, sales execution, and market understanding. This combination positions Shivalli Arun well for her new role at Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited, where product leadership and consumer understanding remain central to business growth.
