Pune, Maharashtra, India, May 2025 – Shivangi R has stepped into the role of Vice President, Human Resources at ESAPLLING PRIVATE LIMITED, bringing with her over a decade of strategic HR leadership experience. In this new position, Shivangi is responsible for steering HR strategy, driving organizational development, and aligning human capital initiatives with the company’s ambitious growth and innovation agenda.
Prior to her elevation, Shivangi served as Senior Director – Human Resources at ESAPLLING, where she was instrumental in enhancing communication frameworks, revising company policies, and improving operational productivity. She played a pivotal role in implementing performance monitoring strategies and driving collaborative leadership across departments.
Before joining ESAPLLING, she worked as Head of Human Resources, where she oversaw HR functions for a multi-location workforce. Her contributions included leading talent acquisition efforts, launching data-driven HR analytics, and introducing employee development programs that improved retention and internal career growth.
Shivangi previously spent eight years with Dell Technologies as a Human Resources Manager, where she supported business units in compensation, compliance, and employee engagement. She was known for providing excellent support in HR operations and earned recognition for resolving HR issues in alignment with organizational policies and global standards.
