Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, September 2025 — Shivani Sharma has been appointed as the Global Head of Marketing – Innovation at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). In her new role, she will lead global initiatives to position TCS as an innovation-driven partner across industries, academia, media, clients, and analyst ecosystems.
With more than 25 years of experience at TCS, Shivani has played a transformative role in building the organization’s reputation for excellence and innovation. She has consistently driven marketing strategies that have elevated TCS’s global recognition, particularly through her leadership as Global Head – Industry Analyst Relations and Corporate Analyst Relations.
Over the years, Shivani has spearheaded award-winning initiatives, including a globally recognized analytics program for a medical devices client, while helping TCS secure top-tier rankings from leading analyst firms worldwide. She has also been recognized internationally as the Global Winner of The Drum Awards 2022 for Most Effective Digital Transformation in Marketing and was ranked #2 globally by the Institute of Industry Analyst Relations (IIAR) in 2021.
In her new mandate, she will strengthen TCS’s marketing strategies in key innovation areas, including AI/Gen AI, Sustainability, Software Engineering, Industry Cloud, and eCommerce, reinforcing the company’s global positioning.
