Gurugram, Haryana, India, March 2026 – Shivika Chaube has stepped into a new role as Senior Director, PMO @ MD’s Office at Altius, marking a significant transition from HR leadership into a strategic program management role at the leadership level.
In her new role, Shivika Chaube will work closely with the Managing Director’s Office, driving strategic initiatives, governance, and execution excellence across key business priorities at Altius, one of India’s leading digital infrastructure platforms.
Prior to this transition, she was part of Altius in a Rewards & Talent Management role, where she contributed to strengthening talent strategy and organizational effectiveness within the company.
Before joining Altius, she spent over a decade with American Tower, where she held multiple leadership roles across HR. Most recently, she served as Head – Talent Management & Rewards (Asia Pacific) and Head HR – Asia Pacific (Ex India), leading regional talent strategies, performance frameworks, and HR transformation initiatives.
During her tenure, she also held roles such as Deputy General Manager – Talent Management & OD, Senior Manager – Performance, Rewards & Engagement, and led critical initiatives including people integration during major acquisitions and large-scale HR transformation programs.
She began her career with Reliance Communications, where she worked in HR operations and performance management, followed by early exposure through an internship at Tata Motors.
Shivika Chaube has completed a Leadership Excellence and Development program from the Indian School of Business and holds a PGDM in Human Resources from Balaji Institute of Management and Human Resource Development.
