Phoenix, Arizona, United States, March 2025 – Shri Raghavan has joined Cohesity as Senior Director, People Technology & Analytics, where he will lead the company’s HR technology, people analytics, and employee digital experience strategy to enhance workforce efficiency and business resilience.

With over two decades of experience in HR technology, analytics, and digital transformation, Shri Raghavan has been instrumental in driving HRIS, workforce analytics, and AI-driven HR strategies. Before joining Cohesity, he served as Senior Director, People Technology at Light & Wonder, where he led HR systems transformation and data-driven decision-making initiatives for the company’s global workforce.

Prior to that, he held the role of Senior Director, HR Technology, People Analytics & Employee Digital Experience at Blue Yonder, where he was responsible for the digital enablement of human capital strategies and HRIS implementations. Earlier, as Director, Global HR Operations at Avnet, he led HR operational management, Workday, and ServiceNow implementations to streamline HR service delivery and compliance.

Shri also spent nearly a decade at IBM as an Associate Partner, where he was a founding member of IBM’s cross-sector HR practice, supporting global ERP and Workday-enabled HR transitions and transformations. His expertise in HR technology, data analytics, and strategic business transformation makes him a valuable addition to Cohesity’s leadership team.

Matthew Breitfelder is Partner and Global Head of Human Capital at Apollo, where he focuses on attracting extraordinary talent to the firm and creating an innovative, inclusive, high-performance culture that brings out the best in Apollo’s people. Matt leads Apollo’s recruiting, talent management, compensation, succession planning, citizenship, employee relations, development, and culture work. He is also a member of the firm’s Leadership Team. Matt is committed to expanding opportunities across Apollo’s workplace, marketplace, and communities. Prior to joining Apollo, Matt was Chief Talent Officer at BlackRock as well as a member of the Operating Committee. Previously, he held strategy, talent, and innovation roles at Mastercard, PwC, and CEB/Gartner.

Matt holds a BA in Economics from the University of Southern California, an MSc from the London School of Economics, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He currently serves on the boards of the Lumina Foundation, the Aspen Institute’s Business and Society program, the Milken Institute’s Inclusive Capitalism initiative, and Georgetown University’s initiative on AI, Analytics, and the Future of Work. He is the co-author of numerous Harvard Business School case studies and articles on leadership. Matt has been recognized as a Top Global CHRO multiple times by n2Growth and Stanford Business School.
