Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, December 2025 — Lupin Manufacturing Solutions (LMS) has appointed Shruti Suresh Pai as Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO). In her new role, Shruti will lead LMS’s global HR strategy and operations, strengthening talent acquisition, talent development, employee engagement, leadership capability building, and culture transformation, as the organisation builds an inclusive, future-ready, and growth-driven people framework.
A seasoned HR leader, Shruti brings a rich and diverse journey across global organisations, spanning talent management, organisation development, HR business partnering, compensation & benefits, change management, and leadership coaching. Known for building high-performance cultures and elevating employee experience, she is expected to play a pivotal role in aligning people strategy with business priorities across LMS.
In her most recent assignment, Shruti served as Head HR – GCC India at Kraft Heinz, where she led end-to-end HR strategy and initiatives for a growing GCC set-up—driving the people agenda across foundational HR systems and business-aligned workforce priorities.
Before that, she spent over five years at Abbott, where she held leadership roles including Director HR – Talent & Organization Consulting and Head Talent & Organisation Consulting. Across these roles, she led talent and organisation consulting efforts, contributing to enterprise capability building and organisation effectiveness initiatives, while partnering closely with stakeholders across India and broader regional contexts.
Earlier, Shruti was an HR Business Partner at Cipla for about two years, strengthening HR partnering across business priorities with a focus on performance and people effectiveness. Her journey reflects the impact women leaders continue to create across LMS, helping drive progress with empathy, resilience, and strategic foresight—alongside peers who bring diversity of thought to the organisation’s leadership strength.
Over the earlier phase of her career, Shruti built strong depth across rewards and HR consulting through roles such as Senior Manager Rewards at Vodafone India, HR Business Partner at Axis Bank, and HR Consultant at Aon Hewitt (with a focus on Compensation & Benefits). She also began her professional journey with early stints including Management Trainee at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, Summer Intern at Nokia, Fieldwork Trainee at Performance Consulting International (PCI), and Business Analyst (Risk and Business Solutions) at Ernst & Young, where she worked on internal auditing assignments and supported client relationship processes.
Shruti Suresh Pai holds an M.A. in Human Resources from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS).
