In his new role, he will be responsible for leading HR efforts, including talent acquisition, culture development, compensation and benefits, and HR operations. Prior to joining 4700BC, Shubhashish was Head – Talent & Culture at Unicommerce, where he played a pivotal role in HR transformation, talent management, and employer branding. During his tenure, he led workforce planning and leadership development strategies, ensuring a strong and engaged workforce at India’s largest e-commerce-focused supply chain SaaS platform.

Before Unicommerce, Shubhashish spent over four years at Snapdeal (AceVector Group) in various leadership roles, including Associate Director, Senior Manager – Talent Management & Organizational Development, and Manager HRBP & Learning & Development. He was instrumental in building high-impact HR strategies, implementing performance management frameworks, and leading cultural transformation initiatives.
Earlier in his career, Shubhashish held key roles at GHCL Limited, Oerlikon, and DishTV, where he developed expertise in HR operations, learning & development, and performance management. His extensive background in strategic HR management and organizational growth makes him a valuable addition to 4700BC’s leadership team.
