With over a decade of experience in human resources and talent management, Malik steps into this leadership role with a robust background in guiding HR operations across various high-growth industries.
Progressive Career at Tribeca Developers:
Before her latest appointment, Shweta Malik was the Senior Human Resources Lead at Tribeca Developers, a position she held from March 2022 to April 2024. During her tenure, she led multiple HR engagements and played a pivotal role in scaling human resources operations to support the company’s rapid growth. Tribeca Developers is known for introducing the Trump Organization to India and pioneering the concept of branded residences, operating multiple offices across the country.
Previous Roles:
Prior to joining Tribeca, Malik held the position of Deputy General Manager of HR at SS Supply Chain Solutions (3SC), specializing in digital transformation solutions for supply chain operations. Her efforts were instrumental in driving talent acquisition and employee engagement initiatives within the company’s Analytics division in 2022.
Earlier, Malik managed HR and welfare at Blockcube, one of India’s leading Blockchain development startups, from 2020 to 2022. Her work included leadership hiring, talent management, competency mapping, and enhancing employee relations and welfare.
Malik also served as HR Manager at Tatva Interiors & Contractors Pvt. Ltd. and as HR Deputy Manager at Nikos Consulting Pvt. Ltd., where she developed key strategies for HR management and organizational development. Her career includes a significant role as Head of Institution (Admin) at Oxbridge International School from 2013 to 2015, after which she took a sabbatical for personal growth and development from 2008 to 2013.
