Cumbria, England, United Kingdom, September 2025 — Sian Wythe has been appointed as the Chief People Officer at Carr’s Group plc, where she will lead the Group’s people strategy, talent development, and organisational culture across its global Agriculture and Engineering divisions. In this role, she will focus on strengthening HR initiatives that support Carr’s international growth and innovation agenda.
Sian has been with Carr’s Group plc for two years, most recently serving as Head of HR Agriculture, where she shaped people practices for the agriculture division, driving employee engagement and HR transformation. Earlier, she worked as an HRBP within the Group, supporting workforce development and organisational effectiveness.
Prior to joining Carr’s, she held the role of HR & Organisational Development Partner at the Financial Ombudsman Service, where she contributed to talent management, personal development, and organisational effectiveness projects.
Earlier in her career, Sian spent nearly nine years with the Direct Line Group, first as HR Manager and later as Change Partner, leading change initiatives, talent programmes, and HR transformation to support large-scale organisational development.
Her career reflects a strong foundation in HR leadership, transformation, and change management, preparing her to lead Carr’s Group plc’s global people strategy.
