Toronto, Ontario, Canada, June 2025 – Siddharth Chivukula has been promoted to Human Resources Director at Invest Ontario, marking a new chapter in his journey with the government agency responsible for driving economic growth and investment in Ontario. In his new role, Siddharth will oversee all aspects of the talent lifecycle and HR strategy, including payroll, recruitment, talent development, labor relations, performance management, rewards, HR technology, workforce planning, and leadership development, supporting a dynamic and high-impact public sector environment.
Siddharth joined Invest Ontario in March 2023 as Human Resources Manager. Over two years, he led HR and labor relations in a unionized environment and acted as a key advisor to business leaders, building robust HR policies, enhancing employee experience, and driving strategic workforce initiatives that support Ontario’s mission for economic leadership.
Prior to joining Invest Ontario, Siddharth worked as a Senior Consultant at EY in Toronto, leading a range of workforce transformation projects across major industries, from banking and insurance to government and oil & gas. His experience spanned HR strategy, organizational design, workforce analytics, change management, and the implementation of innovative HR solutions, all aimed at building agile and future-ready organizations.
Earlier, Siddharth led the HR consulting arm of PKC Advisory, managing business development and project delivery for clients in the Middle East, India, and North America. His advisory experience included organization design, performance management, HR diagnostics, and technology implementation, resulting in measurable HR improvements for clients in FMCG, manufacturing, and investment sectors.
Before his consulting leadership roles, Siddharth served as a Human Resources Consultant at EY in India, delivering projects on manpower optimization, technology-led change management, benchmarking, and talent management for leading organizations in India and abroad. His experience also includes an HR internship with Crown Holdings, Inc. in France, where he contributed to onboarding, HR administration, and process improvements across multiple geographies.
Siddharth holds a Master of Science in International Human Resource Management from Rennes School of Business, France.
