Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, February 2026 — Siddharth Singh Rathore has started a new position as Head of Human Resources India at Coforge. In this role, he will be based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, leading the India HR agenda to support the company’s talent, culture, and growth priorities.
Before joining Coforge, Siddharth Singh Rathore served for a little over two years as Director HR at Accenture in the Greater Bengaluru area. In this capacity, he led a team of HR professionals with a focus on talent development, performance culture, and leadership development, supporting a large workforce of over 20,000 employees in India.
Prior to that, he spent close to two years at Wipro as General Manager, working on Talent Management, People Analytics, and Strategic Initiatives (including Wipro enterprise futuring) based in Bengaluru.
Earlier, he built deep HR leadership experience over a decade at HSBC, including roles as Vice President Human Resources in Kuala Lumpur (covering HR leadership for GBM across multiple markets) and earlier HRBP leadership responsibilities in Bengaluru, with end-to-end HR lifecycle ownership, advisory to business heads, and a strong focus on organizational structure, performance management, total rewards, resourcing, capability development, and employee engagement.
In addition to the above, his earlier career includes an HR leadership role at Accenture as HR Lead in Bengaluru; nearly five years with Infosys (including Manager – HR, Brazil, where he helped set up and run HR from the ground up in LATAM, as well as recruiting leadership roles in India); and early-career HRD experience at JSW Steel where his work included competency mapping, performance appraisal/goals-setting programs, manpower planning, employee surveys, training needs analysis, and recruitment.
Education: Siddharth Singh Rathore studied Personnel Management & Human Resources (PM&HR) at Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
