Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, March 2025 – Siddhartha Ray has joined Freshworks as the Revenue Enablement Leader, bringing with him a wealth of experience in sales enablement, learning and development, and leadership strategy. In this role, he will focus on enhancing revenue strategies, optimizing sales processes, and driving business growth through training and enablement programs.
Prior to joining Freshworks, Siddhartha served as Associate Vice President & Head of Learning and Development at Ethos Watch Boutiques, where he played a crucial role in leadership development, retail sales strategy, and L&D initiatives. Before that, he held the position of Global Revenue Enablement Leader at Uniphore, leading global business strategy and operations for revenue enablement.
He also worked with Tata nexarc as National Head – Sales Enablement, where he was instrumental in building training strategies and sales effectiveness programs. His extensive experience in sales enablement and leadership development stems from his time at Wipro as Senior Manager – Global Sales Leadership Development and Intuit as a Sales Enablement Specialist.
Siddhartha’s career spans over two decades, with key leadership roles at Dale Carnegie Training, Wyndham Destinations, Larsen & Toubro, McKinsey & Company, IBM, and Oracle, where he successfully led sales training programs, managed business development, and enhanced client engagement strategies.
