This announcement comes as SIGMA EMEA seeks to capitalize on its ambitious growth objectives in the region, with El Nabarawy also continuing in his role as the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).

Ahmed El Nabarawy, with his robust background in commercial leadership and strategic development, is set to lead SIGMA EMEA’s operations in Saudi Arabia. His appointment is expected to invigorate the company’s strategic initiatives across several key areas: market expansion, client relationship management, team empowerment and development, operational excellence, and business and revenue growth.

El Nabarawy’s leadership journey is marked by significant achievements and a track record of driving growth and operational excellence within the organization. Before stepping into his dual role as CCO and now Managing Director for the Saudi Arabia branch, El Nabarawy has been instrumental in developing and implementing strategies that have substantially increased the company’s market share and improved client satisfaction levels.

In his new capacity, El Nabarawy will be focusing on expanding SIGMA EMEA’s market footprint in Saudi Arabia, leveraging his deep understanding of the regional market dynamics and customer needs. His strategic vision for client relationship management aims at not just sustaining but significantly enhancing SIGMA EMEA’s engagements with key clients, ensuring a solid foundation for long-term business partnerships.

Team empowerment and development are also at the forefront of El Nabarawy’s objectives. His leadership style, characterized by fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning, is expected to drive significant value for the company and its employees, propelling SIGMA EMEA towards achieving operational excellence and surpassing its business expansion and revenue growth targets in the competitive Saudi market.

The SIGMA EMEA team is excited about Ahmed El Nabarawy’s new role and the prospect of reaching new heights under his leadership. The company is confident in his ability to lead the Saudi Arabia branch toward achieving its strategic goals, reinforcing SIGMA EMEA’s commitment to excellence and innovation in the region.
