Skopje, Skopje Statistical Region, North Macedonia, December 2025 — Simona Trajkovska has started a new role as Director of Human Resources and Corporate Academy at Croatia Osiguruvanje – Život, taking on responsibility for leading the organization’s human resources agenda alongside the development of its corporate learning and academy initiatives. Her appointment marks an important leadership transition as the organization continues to strengthen capability building, people governance, and long-term talent development.
In her most recent assignment prior to this appointment, Simona Trajkovska served as Director of the AML Unit at Croatia Osiguruvanje – Život, a role she held for over a year. In this capacity, she was responsible for leading anti-money laundering operations and oversight within the organization, contributing to regulatory compliance and risk governance.
Before that, she worked for nearly four years as a Claims Specialist at Croatia Osiguruvanje – Život, based in Skopje, North Macedonia. During this period, she handled complex insurance claims and developed strong expertise across insurance operations, legal research, claims investigation, contract negotiation, and legal liability matters.
Earlier in her career, Simona held the role of Legal Officer for Forced Debt Collection at Croatia Osiguruvanje – Život, where she spent close to four years managing legal compliance, debt settlement, contract law matters, and negotiation processes. She began her professional journey with the organization as an Intern, gaining early exposure to insurance claims and legal processes, and progressively advanced through roles of increasing responsibility within the company.
