Pune, Maharashtra, India, October 2024 – Snehil Singh has been appointed as the new Group Head – Client Acquisition & Relations at Peoplefy, a leading talent solutions firm. In this role, Snehil will oversee and lead the company’s client acquisition strategy, managing relationships and expanding the firm’s reach within its core industries, which include technology, engineering, and finance sectors. He brings a wealth of experience in business development and client relations to his new position.
Before joining Peoplefy, Snehil was AGM – Business Development at Spectrum Talent Management in Pune, where he spearheaded business growth initiatives, significantly contributing to the expansion of the company’s client base during his tenure of nearly a year.
Prior to that, Snehil held the position of Regional Sales Head – West at ManpowerGroup, where he managed sales operations and strategic business development for the western region of India, focusing on workforce solutions and talent management. His 3-year stint at ManpowerGroup helped him hone his expertise in client relationship management and business expansion.
Earlier in his career, Snehil worked at HirePro as Assistant Manager – Business Development, where he consulted businesses on recruitment solutions such as RPO, onboarding automation, and assessments, making him well-versed in recruitment technologies.
