Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, January 2026 — IMC Trading has appointed Snigdha Jha as Head of HR and Talent Acquisition – India. In this role, she will lead people strategy, employer branding, and talent acquisition for IMC’s India operations, supporting the firm’s continued expansion across quantitative trading, research, and technology functions.
With a strong background across people strategy, executive office leadership, and large-scale campus and experienced hiring programs, Snigdha brings deep expertise in building high-performance, research-driven talent ecosystems.
Before joining IMC Trading, Snigdha Jha spent over three years at Graviton Research Capital LLP, where she served as Chief of Staff to the CEO and earlier as People Strategy & Management Lead, driving leadership office operations, organizational effectiveness, and people strategy for a fast-growing quantitative trading firm.
Earlier, she held progressive talent acquisition leadership roles at Meesho, including Talent Acquisition Lead – Campus, Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition (Campus), and Manager – Talent Acquisition (Campus), where she built scalable early-career hiring programs.
Snigdha also spent over six years at McKinsey & Company, serving as Senior Recruiter and earlier as Recruiting Administrator, leading campus and experienced hiring initiatives and strengthening India’s consulting talent pipeline.
She holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Alliance Manchester Business School.
