Before joining Vedanta, Sonal was Associate Director – Communications & CSR at Fidelity International, where she led corporate communications and CSR strategies across India, Ireland, and China. She was instrumental in securing the ‘Dream Company to Work For’ award for Fidelity in Financial Services and helped establish the company’s CSR policy and D&I frameworks.

Earlier in her career, Sonal held key communication leadership roles at United Technologies, ICICI Bank, Usha Shriram (India), and Exposure Multiples Advertising. She built brand equity across global and domestic markets, established PR ecosystems in multiple geographies, and led award-winning ESG campaigns.
