Gurugram, Haryana, India, December 2025 — Sonali Hooda has been promoted to Director at Shadowfax. In her new role, she will be heading B2C Prime Large business partnerships, building on the momentum she has created over the last two years. Sonali reflected that this phase has been truly transformative, as she helped build a new business vertical from 0–1 while navigating “highs, lows, missteps, breakthroughs, and everything in between.”
In her journey with Shadowfax over the last about 2.5 years, Sonali Hooda has progressed from Associate Director to Director, driving growth in large-format and heavy-category logistics for B2C and D2C brands. Her work has focused on strengthening partnerships and enabling assured delivery models that enhance customer experience for bulky, high-value products.
Before this, she spent around 3 years with Delhivery as Senior Manager, Growth and Product, based in Gurugram, Haryana, India. Her exposure to large-scale logistics ecosystems and growth levers at a category leader likely helped shape her strategic and execution capabilities in fast-evolving delivery networks.
Earlier, Sonali worked with Heidrick & Struggles for about a year as a Business Analyst in Gurugram, Haryana, India, where she developed strong foundations in problem solving and data-driven analysis—capabilities that continue to complement her leadership in high-stakes business growth roles.
She has also gained early exposure through a brand management summer internship at Godfrey Phillips India Ltd, adding a marketing lens to her broader business and operations understanding.
Complementing her professional experience, Sonali holds an MBA in Marketing and Data Analytics from SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), which aligns well with her cross-functional leadership across growth, product, and strategic partnerships.
