Rockwall, Texas, United States, January 2026 — Spencer Rose has stepped into a new role as Chief People Officer, Head of Teams & Talent at Lime Media, marking a key leadership appointment for the experiential marketing and brand activations company.
In this role, Spencer is responsible for leading Lime Media’s people strategy, with a focus on building high-performing teams, strengthening organizational culture, and enabling talent practices that support the company’s creative, asset-led, and analytics-driven growth model. His appointment underscores Lime Media’s commitment to investing in people as a core driver of business performance and client impact.
Prior to joining Lime Media, Spencer most recently served as Senior Vice President, HR Operations COE – North America at Omnicom Precision Marketing Group, where he led HR operations across the region, supporting complex agency environments and large, distributed teams.
Before that, he spent over three years at KERN, where he progressed from Vice President, Human Resources to Senior Vice President, Human Resources, playing a pivotal role in strengthening organizational culture, driving staff retention, and advancing executive coaching and HR operations capabilities.
Spencer’s longest tenure was with Javelin Agency, where he dedicated more than 17 years in progressively senior leadership roles, including Vice President, Human Resources and Senior Director, Human Resources & Organizational Effectiveness. During this period, he was instrumental in shaping long-term people strategies, organizational effectiveness frameworks, and HR operations across multiple growth phases.
Earlier in his career, Spencer held HR and people operations roles at Enterprise Spectrum (Omnicom Group), Neiman Marcus Group, and Hendrick Health System, building a strong foundation across retail, healthcare, and agency environments.
With this appointment, Spencer Rose brings deep expertise in HR leadership, organizational culture, and talent strategy to Lime Media, supporting its ambition to redefine experiential marketing through creativity, scale, and integrated services.
