Siloam Springs, Arkansas, United States – October 2024 – Spencer Tooley has been appointed as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Simmons Foods, where he will lead recruitment strategies to drive growth and support the organization’s talent needs across its divisions.
Before this new role, Spencer Tooley served as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Simmons Foods for approximately two and a half years. In this role, he managed recruitment operations, implemented strategic hiring initiatives, and built strong partnerships with hiring managers to ensure Simmons Foods attracted top talent across its various functions.
Prior to that, Tooley was a Senior Recruiter at Simmons Foods, where he was responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment processes. His focus was on sourcing and onboarding candidates for various roles in the company, ensuring a seamless experience for both new hires and hiring teams.

Earlier in his career at Simmons, Tooley worked as a Recruiter, a role he held for nearly two years. In this position, he coordinated hiring efforts and contributed to the growth of Simmons Foods by attracting quality talent to support the company’s operational needs.
Before joining Simmons Foods, Tooley gained HR experience as an HR Specialist at Twin River Foods Inc. for about one and a half years, where he managed HR operations and recruitment activities. He also worked at Tyson Foods for almost eight years in multiple HR roles, including Corporate Recruiter and HR Representative, where he developed extensive expertise in recruitment and HR management.
