Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, March 2025 – Sreekanth K Arimanithaya has taken on the role of Chief Executive Officer at Xarpie Labs, a next-generation consulting and technology firm that integrates AI and emerging technologies to enable exponential business transformation. As CEO, Sreekanth will lead the company’s strategic direction, scale operations, and deepen its impact across global enterprises looking to future-proof their talent and technology infrastructure.
Prior to this, Sreekanth served as the Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) and Chief Human Resources Officer at the Machani Group, where he played a key role in incubating and scaling ventures like Mantrika.ai, Visara Partners, and Communios.ai, while also providing strategic oversight for Xarpie Labs. His work centered on building innovative business models, aligning talent ecosystems, and accelerating enterprise transformation initiatives.
Before joining the Machani Group, Sreekanth held global leadership positions at EY GDS, where he served as Global Talent and Enablement Services Leader and later as Global Talent Leader. Across his nearly four-year tenure, he was instrumental in building a globally integrated talent strategy and strengthening EY’s GDS operations across geographies. His efforts significantly shaped workforce transformation and capability building for the firm’s delivery network.
Earlier in his career, Sreekanth spent nearly six years with DXC Technology and CSC, where he held multiple roles including Senior Vice President – Integrated Workforce Management and India Co-Managing Director, and Managing Director, India & Global Head – Workforce Management. At CSC, he built and led the global People Supply Chain Function, managing strategic workforce planning, recruitment, learning, and diversity initiatives at scale. He also served as CHRO & VP at Britannia Industries, where he led both HR and IT transformation during a pivotal growth phase.
Sreekanth’s extensive career spans across iconic companies including CA Technologies, GE, Philips, Toyota, and Kudremukh Iron Ore Company Ltd, where he held various senior leadership and HR transformation roles over the years. Notably, at CA Technologies, he served as SVP, Global HR Operations, and Vice President, International HR, Asia South, contributing to HR digitization, analytics, and M&A initiatives across 55 countries. His early career involved successfully setting up greenfield HR operations, managing global workforce expansions, and leading Six Sigma and TQM projects.
