Hyderabad, Telangana, India, December 2025 — Lyric.ai, a leading AI-driven healthcare technology company, has announced the appointment of Srilakshmi Kesari as Vice President and Country HR Head, India, marking a pivotal step in the company’s ongoing expansion and investment in its India operations.
With a distinguished career spanning over two decades, Srilakshmi brings extensive experience in human resources leadership, people strategy, and organizational development across technology, digital engineering, and life sciences sectors. In her new role at Lyric.ai, she will be responsible for building and scaling the India organization, shaping its culture, talent strategy, and employee experience, while aligning with Lyric’s mission to simplify the business of care through intelligent, AI-enabled solutions.
Before joining Lyric.ai, Srilakshmi led Talent Engagement and Development at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), where she successfully implemented integrated talent frameworks, managed engagement and acquisition for global clients, and drove leadership development initiatives. Her leadership at TCS played a key role in enhancing performance, collaboration, and talent retention across geographies.
Prior to that, she served as Senior Manager – Human Resources at Ness Digital Engineering, where she led people development programs, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and strategic workforce planning. At Synopsys Inc, she partnered with senior leaders to build leadership capability and foster inclusive workplace practices across multiple locations in India.
Earlier in her career, Srilakshmi held impactful HR leadership roles at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, Infotech Enterprises (now Cyient), CSC (now DXC Technology), and Wipro Technologies, where she consistently demonstrated excellence in employee engagement, HR transformation, and leadership hiring. She has been recognized multiple times for driving retention strategies, designing engagement programs, and aligning HR practices with business goals.
