Udupi, Karnataka, India, September 2024 – Srinivas A G has been appointed as Vice President Human Resources at MCT Cards & Technology Private Limited. In his new role, Srinivas will continue to be a strategic business partner, working closely with the CEO and leadership team to drive significant growth and build high-performing teams both in India and globally.
Career Journey: Srinivas A G brings a wealth of experience to his new position. He has been with MCT Cards & Technology Private Limited since April 2024, focusing on facilitating leadership transformation and driving global growth aspirations. He is instrumental in enabling 3X growth and building high-performing teams.
Before joining MCT Cards & Technology, Srinivas served as AVP HR at Manipal Technologies Limited for approximately three and a half years. Here, he was responsible for leadership development, strategic business partnering, and mentoring, aligning HR plans with business strategies and enabling the building of start-ups.
Srinivas’s tenure at Manipal Technologies Limited also included roles as Senior Manager-HR (Business Partner) for about ten and a half years, and as AGM HR (Business Partner) for approximately three and a half years. In these positions, he handled a broad spectrum of HR functions across multiple business units, including manpower planning, talent management, and employee relations.
Earlier in his career, Srinivas worked as Manager-HR (Business Partner) at The Manipal Group for about twelve years, managing HR for several strategic business units and overseeing end-to-end people management.
He also held the position of Business Partner-HR (South Region) at Writer Corporation for nearly six years, where he managed HR operations across Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Andhra Pradesh, and played a key role in union management and policy design.
Srinivas began his career as Senior Commercial Executive at Usha International Ltd for two years, focusing on talent acquisition, training, and compliance management.
