Kolkata, India, August 2024 – Srinivas ATLA has joined Titagarh Rail Systems Ltd. as the new Chief Human Resource Officer. With a remarkable 27-year career spanning industries such as Biotechnology, Software, Heavy Engineering, Automobile, and Railways, Srinivas brings extensive experience in HR operations, talent development, and organizational transformation.
In his new role, Srinivas will lead Titagarh’s HR initiatives, focusing on driving organizational success and enhancing employee engagement across the company’s diverse operations.
Prior to joining Titagarh Rail Systems, Srinivas served as the Human Resources Director – RSC & Services at Alstom for nearly 12 years. In this role, he was instrumental in implementing company-wide people initiatives, enhancing employee engagement, and fostering a performance-driven culture. His responsibilities included capability building, talent development, and managing industrial relations across multiple manufacturing sites.
Before Alstom, Srinivas held leadership positions at various companies, including IFB Automotive Pvt Ltd as General Manager – HR, where he managed HR operations across seven plants and handled a 2,000-strong workforce in a multi-union environment. He also served as Deputy General Manager – HR at Advanta Seeds, where he led HR functions for the India business.
