Gurugram, Haryana, India, December 2025 – Srinivas Pramodh Emany has taken charge as Group Chief Financial Officer at Indifi, strengthening the leadership team of the technology-led MSME lending platform as it accelerates its next phase of scalable and sustainable growth. In his new role, Emany is responsible for driving capital strategy, equity and debt fund-raising, treasury and liquidity management, ALM, financial control, and legal and secretarial governance across the group, while working closely with founders, board members, investors, lenders, and rating agencies to enhance balance-sheet resilience and capital efficiency.
Before joining Indifi, Srinivas Emany served as Chief Financial Officer at Stashfin, where he led financial strategy for a high-growth fintech NBFC with an asset base exceeding ₹2,000 crore. During his tenure, he strengthened regulatory compliance, implemented ERP systems, automated financial reporting, built revenue assurance frameworks, optimized cost structures, and successfully led domestic and international fund-raising initiatives to support expansion and working-capital needs.
Prior to Stashfin, he held the position of Chief Financial Officer at JSA, where he established robust MIS frameworks, automated reporting systems using Power BI, and led budgeting, variance analysis, and corrective performance initiatives while managing a multi-disciplinary finance team.
He earlier spent nearly nine years with LeasePlan, progressing through senior leadership roles including Finance Director (CFO), Risk Director, and Head Finance. In this phase, Emany partnered closely with global stakeholders to drive large-scale fund-raising, M&A integrations, compliance strengthening aligned to IFRS and RBI frameworks, profitability enhancement, and enterprise risk governance across high-value asset portfolios.
His career foundation includes senior finance leadership roles at HSBC, Fidelity International, and Citi India, where he led global financial control operations, group accounting and consolidation functions, NBFC regulatory reporting, and multi-country financial governance programs, building deep expertise across financial consolidation, risk management, treasury, and business planning.
