Maharashtra, India, July 2025 – Ssaurabh Mishrra has taken on the role of Head – Human Resources at Lupin Diagnostics Limited, where he will lead the strategic HR agenda for one of India’s fastest-growing diagnostics networks. In this leadership role, he will oversee people strategy, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations across the company’s extensive presence in East, West, Central, and South India.
Before joining Lupin Diagnostics, Ssaurabh served as Principal Consultant and HR Advisor at PeopleResources for over four years. In this capacity, he managed leadership hiring mandates, advised leading healthcare clients, and oversaw delivery excellence, business acquisition, and team development. He also supported HR transformation initiatives as HR Advisor to Torrent Diagnostics, contributing significantly to manpower planning, recruitment strategy, and leadership hiring during its foundational phase.
Previously, he held the position of Head – HR at AMPATH (Siemens Varian Group), where he led end-to-end HR functions for close to six years. His contributions included designing HR systems, building organizational capabilities, and leading workforce alignment across diagnostics and healthcare domains.
Ssaurabh also spent over eight years as Senior Manager – Human Resources at SRL Diagnostics, where he played a vital role in scaling HR operations across multiple locations. Earlier in his career, he gained talent acquisition and client servicing experience with Genius Consultants Ltd, Lis and Rim Staffing Corps, and other staffing firms.
He holds a Master’s degree in Personnel Management (MPM) from Savitribai Phule Pune University, strengthening his foundation in HR strategy, systems, and workforce planning.
