Before joining Anser Advisory, Stacey spent over two years at Element Consulting, Inc. as the Director of Talent Acquisition and Recruiting Manager. There, she specialized in candidate development, talent acquisition strategy, and maintaining a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates, delivering exceptional results in a competitive market.

Earlier in her career, Stacey held various HR leadership roles at Arcadis over a span of nearly six years. As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, she partnered with business leaders to deliver HR programs that supported organizational objectives. She also contributed to talent acquisition efforts and streamlined recruitment processes.

Stacey’s foundational experiences include roles at Brandman University and PinnacleOne, where she honed her expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations, setting the stage for her remarkable HR career.
