Scottsdale, Arizona, United States, August 2025 – Stacey Nemo has taken on the role of Vice President Human Resources at SimonMed Imaging. In this capacity, she will be responsible for leading human resources strategy, enhancing employee engagement, aligning people initiatives with business objectives, and supporting organizational growth for the largest physician-owned outpatient medical imaging provider in the nation.
Prior to this appointment, Stacey served as Director, Human Resources at SimonMed Imaging for eight months. In this role, she acted as a strategic partner to executive leadership, aligning HR strategies with business goals, developing leadership training programs, revamping onboarding processes, overseeing employee relations, and coaching leaders to enhance performance and engagement.
Before joining SimonMed Imaging, Stacey spent over three years at Silk Road Medical, Inc. as Senior HR Manager. She partnered with diverse departments including R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales Operations, and Manufacturing to implement HR programs, attract and retain diverse talent, manage complex employee relations issues, and drive cultural initiatives such as the organization-wide CliftonStrengths rollout.
Earlier, Stacey dedicated more than six years to Stryker as Senior Human Resources Manager within the Trauma & Extremities Business Unit. She collaborated closely with leaders on people strategies, succession planning, retention, performance management, and employee relations, while partnering with HR centers of excellence to deliver business-aligned solutions.
Stacey also spent over 13 years at HealthEast, where she served as Sr HR Business Partner for Corporate Services and earlier as HR Generalist/Recruiter at St. Joseph’s Hospital. She led HR functions across various corporate departments, managed large-scale recruitment projects, supported major system implementations, and navigated workforce transitions during critical operational changes. Her earlier experience includes recruitment, compensation, HR administration, and accounts receivable roles at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota.
