Dallas, Texas, United States, August 2025 – Kimberly-Clark Corporation (NASDAQ: KMB) has announced the appointment of Stacey Valy Panayiotou as Chief Human Resources Officer, effective September 10th, 2025. Panayiotou will succeed Viviane Cury, who had served as interim CHRO and will now return to her role as Vice President, Talent Business Partner for North America.

As CHRO, Panayiotou will lead the global human resources function, including talent acquisition, development, performance management, labor relations, compensation, and benefits. She will report directly to Mike Hsu, Chairman and CEO of Kimberly-Clark, and join the company’s Executive Leadership Team.

“Stacey is a transformational leader with a track record of aligning people strategies with enterprise growth,” said Hsu. “Furthermore, her commitment to building people-first cultures that are both high-performing and caring aligns directly with our company’s values. We are pleased to welcome Stacey to the team as we continue to execute our Powering Care strategy.”

Panayiotou brings over two decades of global HR leadership to Kimberly-Clark. Most recently, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Ball Corporation, where she was responsible for leading the global HR function and launched the company’s first enterprise-wide learning university.

Before Ball Corporation, she held multiple senior HR roles. She was EVP and CHRO at Graphic Packaging International, and during her 13-year career at The Coca-Cola Company, she held roles including Global Vice President and Head of Talent and Development and Vice President, HR for Europe, Middle East, and Africa.

Panayiotou holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Iowa and two master’s degrees from Loyola University Chicago (Institute of Human Resources & Industrial Relations).

“I’m honored to join a company with such a rich legacy of delivering performance and care—care for consumers, customers, communities and, importantly, its people,” said Panayiotou. “I look forward to working with the team to build on that strong foundation and further enhance the capabilities of Kimberly-Clark’s talented workforce around the world.”
