Standard Meat Company (SMC) has elevated Heather Irby to the role of Senior Director, Human Resources and Safety, underscoring its commitment to leadership development and workplace safety.
With nearly two decades of experience in human resources, Irby has been an integral part of the SMC team since 2021, during which time her division expanded to encompass over 25 individuals. In her elevated position, Irby will helm both HR and Safety leadership, crafting strategies that resonate across the SMC organization.
