Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, July 2025 – Stanley Samrat has been elevated to Head of People Services & Solutions at LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group), marking a new chapter in his distinguished journey within the organization. In this expanded leadership role, Stanley will lead strategic people operations, employee experience, and HR service transformation initiatives, contributing to LSEG’s continued evolution as a global financial infrastructure powerhouse.
Stanley has been with LSEG for nearly five years, holding multiple pivotal roles. Most recently, he served as Head of Operational Excellence and Process Digitization, where he drove enterprise-wide efficiency, lean transformations, and intelligent automation. Prior to that, he was Head of Business Process Digitization, shaping data-driven process design and technology integration strategies across the HR and operations landscape.
Earlier, Stanley held several leadership roles at Refinitiv, including AVP – Corporate Disclosures and Lead – Core Reference Integration, playing a key role in content management and data services across global financial markets. He also served as Bangalore Co-site Lead, overseeing strategic delivery and talent leadership at the location level.
Before the transition to Refinitiv, Stanley spent over a decade with Thomson Reuters, where he led large global teams handling content production for fixed income, fundamentals, and derivatives, eventually becoming AVP, Transformation and spearheading metrics-driven cultural and operational shifts.
Stanley began his career at HP and KPMG, gaining foundational experience in process excellence and analytics. His multi-decade leadership experience across capital markets data, process digitization, and people operations positions him strongly to lead LSEG’s People Services & Solutions mandate.
