In her new role, Harges will lead the company’s overall HR strategy and operations, focusing on employee relations, compliance, training, and organizational development.
Steffi Harges has been with Guardian HR for over eight years, holding various leadership roles. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President, Consulting, where she oversaw multi-department consulting operations, guiding C-level management and HR departments across all 50 states on employment law, compliance, and strategic HR management. She also led webinars and training sessions on topics like FMLA, wage laws, and performance management.
Prior to her SVP role, Harges served as a Senior HR Consultant and HR Consultant at Guardian HR, providing strategic policy reviews, handbook audits, and compliance consulting across multiple industries. Before joining Guardian HR, she was an HR Manager at Carbon38 and Logistic People GmbH, gaining hands-on experience in policy development and employee relations.
