Her journey at LeafLink has seen her spearhead initiatives that significantly scaled the platform’s engineering and IT capabilities, contributing to its expansive suite of tools that facilitate commerce and growth among cannabis businesses.
Prior to her tenure at LeafLink, Palmateer was a pivotal force at Levvel.io, where she managed a large team and drove the development of innovative technology solutions as Senior Director of Engineering. Her role included leading a range of strategic initiatives, contributing to Levvel’s reputation as a dynamic IT consultancy that assists businesses in harnessing technology for growth.
Palmateer’s background also includes significant roles at Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse, where she developed expertise in financial services technology, particularly in equity derivatives and fixed income trading systems.
