Tyler, Texas, United States, October 2024 – Stephanie Cecil has been appointed as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Tyler Junior College (TJC). In her new role, Stephanie will oversee all HR functions, focusing on fostering a positive workplace culture and leading initiatives related to employee engagement, recruitment, and organizational development as TJC continues to expand its educational programs and community impact.
Before joining TJC, Stephanie served as the Human Resources Director at Frontier Credit Union in Idaho Falls, Idaho, United States, for 2 years and 2 months. She led HR functions such as employee relations, conflict resolution, and workforce planning, driving key initiatives to support the credit union’s growth.
Prior to her role at Frontier Credit Union, Stephanie was the Director of Human Resources, Talent, and Inclusion at CRI Advantage, Inc. in Idaho Falls, Idaho, where she worked for 4 years and 2 months. There, she implemented talent development and change management programs that fostered an inclusive work environment, playing a key role in the company’s talent acquisition and HR strategy.
Stephanie also spent 3 years and 2 months as a Staffing Consultant at Idaho National Laboratory, where she managed staffing, compensation, and job classification functions, ensuring efficient talent acquisition and employee management processes across multiple departments.
Earlier in her career, she worked as an HR Specialist/HR Business Partner at Advantage Employer Solutions, supporting over 60 small to medium-sized businesses with comprehensive HR services, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and payroll administration.
