Blue Bell, Pennsylvania, United States – November 2024 – Stephanie Gater has joined JSat Automation Inc as the new Head of Human Resources. In her role, Stephanie will lead HR strategies and initiatives that drive operational success, talent engagement, and organizational development for JSat Automation’s hybrid workforce. Her leadership will be instrumental in aligning HR practices with the company’s objectives in the specialized fields of automation and process control.
Stephanie brings nearly a decade of experience from FMC Corporation, where she served as Human Resources Director, Corporate Functions. In this role, she partnered closely with corporate leadership, advising on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and DEI initiatives. She also managed a team of four HR professionals, steering key HR processes to support corporate functions on a global scale.
Prior to FMC, Stephanie held the role of HR Manager for the Global Innovation Organization at Church & Dwight Co., Inc. She collaborated with leaders to support HR initiatives that aligned with the organization’s strategic goals, especially in areas like talent management and change management. Her work was pivotal in developing HR strategies that attracted and retained top talent across various functional areas.
Stephanie’s early career includes her role as an HR Consultant at VantaCore Partners, where she was responsible for critical HR initiatives, including policy formulation and managing a 401(k) plan selection process. She also contributed to the creation of training materials and employee handbooks, showcasing her attention to compliance and policy adherence across multiple locations.
In addition to her consultancy roles, Stephanie worked as an HR Specialist at TIMET, where she developed foundational skills in recruitment and HR administration that have supported her throughout her career.
