Los Angeles, California, United States, March 2025 – Stephanie Lucchesi has stepped into the role of Vice President, People & Organizational Development (Head of People) at Ritual. In this position, she will lead the People Team and serve as a member of the Executive Leadership Team, driving strategic initiatives focused on talent development, culture, and organizational growth.

Before this appointment, Stephanie Lucchesi held multiple leadership roles at Ritual, including Vice President, People, and Vice President, People Experience, where she played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s HR strategy. She also served as Vice President, Retail, leading initiatives that strengthened Ritual’s retail presence.

Prior to joining Ritual, Stephanie Lucchesi spent six years at Stitch Fix, where she most recently served as Senior Director, Styling Field Operations. In this role, she led a team responsible for internal communications, HR operations, training, and employee engagement for over 5,000 remote stylists and 250+ people leaders across the US and the UK.

Earlier in her career, Stephanie Lucchesi was Director of Communications and Training, Gallery Optimization at Restoration Hardware, where she developed strategic initiatives to enhance employee engagement and customer experience across multiple retail locations. Before that, she held multiple leadership roles at The Disney Store, including Senior Manager, Store Operations, where she was responsible for field communications, policy implementation, and employee engagement programs.

Her career also includes over a decade at Gymboree, where she held various leadership positions, including Manager, Store Communications, Training & Events and District Manager, Gymboree, playing a key role in operations, training, and employee development.
