London, United Kingdom, August 2025 – Stephanie Rodriguez has stepped into a new leadership role as Head of People Services at Yugo, the global student housing brand redefining student living across 14 countries. In her new role, Stephanie will lead strategic HR service delivery, payroll operations, and people process optimisation across the organization, supporting Yugo’s mission of creating inclusive, thriving communities for students worldwide.
Before joining Yugo, Stephanie spent over seven years at AllSaints, progressing through roles of increasing responsibility. Most recently, as Senior Payroll & Reward Manager, she led reward strategy and payroll management for the brand’s global workforce. She had earlier served as Payroll & Reward Manager and Senior Payroll Advisor, driving operational excellence in compensation and benefits while enhancing employee experience across the retail network.
Prior to AllSaints, Stephanie built her foundational HR experience at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty, where she held multiple roles including Payroll Coordinator, People Administrator, and Talent Administrator. Her responsibilities spanned payroll operations, employee onboarding, and administrative HR functions—laying the groundwork for her specialization in HR services and compliance.
Earlier in her career, Stephanie served as Executive Assistant and Event Coordinator at Reach and Teach & Midnight Madness, where she oversaw CEO support, event planning, online store management, and company bookkeeping. Her multifaceted role showcased her ability to manage complex logistics and stakeholder relationships while supporting business growth.
She began her professional journey in retail, gaining customer service and sales experience at schuh and Primark, where she developed a strong operational mindset and frontline leadership that has continued to inform her people-first approach in HR.
