Holmdel, New Jersey, United States, August 2024 – Stephanie Sansone has been promoted to the position of Director, Talent Acquisition at iCIMS. In this role, Stephanie will lead the organization’s talent acquisition strategies, ensuring that iCIMS continues to attract and retain top talent to support its growth and innovation.

Stephanie Sansone has been with iCIMS for over eight years, holding various roles that have significantly contributed to the company’s success. Before her current promotion, she served as the Director, Talent Programs and Operations. In this role, she was instrumental in implementing global HR programs, developing key people processes, and driving engagement and retention initiatives. Stephanie’s leadership in talent management has helped streamline operations and enhance the company’s global HR strategies.

Prior to that, Stephanie worked as an HR Business Partner at iCIMS, where she provided consultative support to several business units, including G&A, Partner and Product Management. Her responsibilities included overseeing employee retention, engagement, performance management, and talent reviews. She played a crucial role in organizational design, change management, and the execution of the company’s performance review cycle.

Earlier in her career at iCIMS, Stephanie excelled as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and Talent Acquisition Specialist, where she demonstrated her ability to attract and secure top talent for the organization.

Before joining iCIMS, Stephanie worked at Weichert, Realtors as a Senior Recruiting Specialist. In this role, she was responsible for managing the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to final placements, contributing to the growth of the organization.

She began her career at Foster McKay as a Junior Recruiter, where she honed her skills in talent acquisition and gained valuable experience in the recruitment industry.
