Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, November 2024 – Sudhaharan Janardhanan has been named Head of People at ADAMA India Pvt Ltd. In his new role, Sudhaharan will focus on driving organizational culture, talent development, and HR strategy to support ADAMA India’s mission of providing innovative crop protection solutions to farmers.
Sudhaharan brings a wealth of experience to his new role. Most recently, he served as an Adjunct Faculty at Shoolini University, contributing to academic excellence and HR development.
Before that, he worked at Bayer for over 14 years, holding several key roles, including APAC Commercial Capabilities and Performance Lead, where he drove training and change management initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region. He also served as HR Business Partner, India, leading strategic HR initiatives and talent management programs.
Earlier in his career, Sudhaharan held positions at Pfizer, including National Training Manager, where he spearheaded training programs and managed cultural transformations. His tenure at Abbott Laboratories further solidified his expertise in sales and business management. Over the years, Sudhaharan has developed a strong skill set in culture change, training, and leadership development, making him an ideal fit for his new role at ADAMA India.
