Thane, Maharashtra, India, March 2025 – Sudhir Shinde has been appointed as Head – Talent Acquisition, India & South Asia at Bayer, where he will lead talent strategy, recruitment operations, and workforce planning across the region. With an extensive background in talent acquisition, HR strategy, and leadership hiring, Sudhir brings over two decades of experience in financial services, research, technology, and life sciences sectors.
Before joining Bayer, Sudhir was Global Talent Acquisition Lead at CRISIL Limited, where he spearheaded hiring strategies for Global Research & Risk Solutions and Corporate Support functions. Prior to that, he was Talent Acquisition Lead at Merkle, managing end-to-end market research operations hiring across India.
Previously, Sudhir served as Associate Director – Talent Acquisition for India, Africa & Middle East at NielsenIQ, where he led recruitment for commercial, analytics, customer success, and finance functions. Before that, he held leadership roles at Reliance Nippon Life Insurance and Standard Chartered Bank, where he managed pan-India hiring across consumer, wholesale, SME, and retail banking sectors.
Sudhir holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM) from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from the University of Mumbai. His expertise in talent strategy, stakeholder management, and global workforce planning positions him well to drive Bayer’s talent agenda across South Asia.
