Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, October 2025 — Sujaya Nag has joined Brigade Hotel Ventures Limited, Brigade Group as Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) and Senior Vice President, marking a significant addition to the company’s leadership team as it continues to drive people-centered growth and organizational transformation. With over 25 years of global HR leadership experience across Asia, North America, Europe, and the Indo-Pacific, Sujaya brings extensive expertise in people strategy, cultural transformation, and governance to Brigade’s diversified business portfolio.
Before joining Brigade Group, Sujaya served at Booz Allen Hamilton in Washington, D.C., where she led the firm’s International HR and Employee Relations function covering more than 34,000 employees worldwide. In her most recent role as Global Head, Employee Relations HR for Asia Pacific and Europe, she played a pivotal part in establishing governance frameworks, enhancing employee experience, and fostering inclusion across international markets. Her work was instrumental in aligning Booz Allen Hamilton’s people practices with global compliance and regional sensitivities, creating a unified culture of engagement and accountability.
Prior to Booz Allen Hamilton, Sujaya held leadership roles with global corporations including HSBC, UnitedHealth Group, and Genpact, where she drove large-scale HR transformation programs, workforce integration, and leadership development initiatives. At HSBC, she served as Head of Human Resources for Southeast Asia and Europe, supporting over 7,000 employees across multiple business verticals. At UnitedHealth Group, she oversaw HR operations for delivery and corporate functions spanning India, North America, and the UK, while at Genpact, she led HR for a multimillion-dollar BFSI portfolio across India and the Philippines.
A Columbia University alumna, Sujaya pursued her executive education at Columbia Business School, deepening her expertise in purpose-driven leadership, employee experience design, and organizational innovation. She has also worked extensively in creating and scaling Global Capability Centers (GCCs) and embedding cross-cultural leadership practices in global organizations.
At Brigade Hotel Ventures Limited, Sujaya will lead the People and Culture agenda across the company’s diverse businesses — including Hospitality, Hotel Ventures, Facilities (Aureya), and the Brigade Foundation — with a focus on HR transformation, leadership development, and cultural integration. Her vision aligns with Brigade’s commitment to fostering a people-first philosophy and nurturing an environment where employees thrive alongside the company’s continued growth.
