Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, April 2025 – Sujeet Kumar has been promoted to Global Head – Procurement at Hexaware Technologies, a leading global technology and business process services company. In this elevated leadership role, Sujeet will drive strategic sourcing, supplier partnerships, and global procurement transformation across Hexaware’s extensive operations spanning 28 countries and 58 offices.
Before taking on this global mandate, Sujeet Kumar served as AVP – Global Procurement at Hexaware Technologies for three months, where he began shaping procurement strategies aligned with the company’s aggressive digital transformation goals.
Previously, Sujeet spent over six years at LTI – Larsen & Toubro Infotech, where he rose through the ranks from Senior Manager to Director – Procurement. His tenure was marked by procurement modernization, vendor management, and enterprise-wide sourcing strategy implementation for IT services and indirect procurement.
Prior to LTI, he held the position of Senior Manager – Procurement & Contracts at Reliance Industries, where he managed procurement portfolios for strategic projects. He also served as Supplier Relationship Manager – APAC Indirect Procurement at Ciena, where he handled supplier collaboration, compliance, and regional sourcing.
Sujeet’s earlier career included impactful roles in global procurement and vendor development at STMicroelectronics, Hewlett-Packard, IBM, Delphi, and HCL Infosystems, building a solid foundation in contract management, commodity sourcing, and supply chain leadership across technology and manufacturing sectors.
